Micro-blogs VS Blogs
In week 6, we looked at Micro-blogging (e.g. Twitter, 微博). There are some questions about the differences between Micro-blog and traditional blogs (e.g. Blogger), so let's talk about it a bit more.
Both of them look very similar to each other and they provide very similar features, but the major differences are:

No matter you are using micro-blogs or traditional blogs, it is one of the ways using Web 2.0 tools to express your views, ideas and thoughts, and communicate with your social networks.

Since Micro-blogging is limited to "Not more than 140 words and can only attach 1 pic/video at one time", it is very convenient for the users who like to post message by mobile phone, anywhere and anytime.
